Current Position:
	Joe Boling (1979) serves as our Senior Programmer Analyst working with computers, statistical applications, special projects, and teaching the college computer course. While much of his work involves departmental computer usage and applications, he still spends a considerable amount of time in the areas of extension, research, and teaching. During his career he has been involved in various projects related to dairy, seafood, poultry, fruits & vegetables, meats, and wines. He also has served as an instructor in several of the Food Science laboratory classes and extension short courses.
Biographical Notes:
	When not working or studying, his time is spent with his wife, Christine, and their two balls of unlimited energy, Matt and Anna. He also is involved with youth sports teams, church activities, and Boy Scouts. If there is any time left after that you might find him on the golf course or tennis court.
