|
Terry Rakestraw (1996) serves as Administrative Program Specialist for special
projects and clerical support for faculty.
She also works with the CFAST group and
the High Pressure Processing Laboratory.
|
| Biographical Notes:
|
|
|
Terry was employed for over 8 years at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro before she joined the Food Science Department. Terry and her husband, Ronald, have two boys: David and Patrick. When Terry is not at work, she can be found at some sport or school-related event supporting her boys in either athletic or academic competitions. During her free time, Terry can be found sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch looking out over part of the Blue Ridge Parkway and mountains from their mountain home in Copper Hill.
