|
Brian Smith (1990) is a Laboratory Specialist in the Food Microbiology Laboratory working with Dr. Williams. His laboratory work concerns pathogenic foodborne bacteria.
|
| Biographical Notes:
|
|
|
Outside the laboratory he enjoys coaching a high school women's volleyball team. He also has a business of his own maintaining tropical fish aquaria. Brian is active in his church, hikes when he can, and spends the rest of his time with his son, Forest, his daughter, Heather, and his wife, Cathi.
