Undergraduate and Graduate Studies

The Wine / Enology-Grape Chemistry Group provides graduate and undergraduate education. MS or PhD students receive a degree in Food Science and Technology with and emphasis on Enology. Graduate students conduct field and/or laboratory research, work in the research winery, participate in grape and wine industry workshops and short courses, participate in internship programs and help conduct classroom education. Undergraduate students work with the Wine / Enology-Grape Chemistry Group through special research topics and studies.
