High-pressure processing is a non-thermal food treatment that makes food safer and extends its shelf life while allowing the food to retain many of it’s original qualities and healthy attributes – without the use of flavor altering additives or heat.  The plant utilizes an Avure fully commercial 35-liter high-pressure processing system.
