Biographical Notes & Research:
Vinodini Emma Buck received her BS and MS from Ohio State University and is working as a Ph.D student under the guidance of Dr. Sean O’Keefe. Emma’s current projects focus on improving food quality of products such as grape juice and green tea with addition of α-glucosylrutin (antioxidant). Emma is also a part of the MILES-IGERT traineeship.
