New study from Virginia Tech researcher confirms nanobubbles a sustainable, chemical-free way to clean food surfaces

FST's Reza Ovissipour has published new research demonstrating that nanobubbles offer a chemical-free and effective way to eliminate Listeria and E. coli from plastic and stainless steel food preparation surfaces through oxidization. This novel technology could replace existing chemical-based methods of food surface treatment.
