Toulouse, France: Food or Viticulture/Enology exchange at Purpan

This 4 week exchange (and optional 4 week internship) provides students with the opportunity to study food processing, biochemistry and sensory analysis or winemaking and tasting at Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Purpan in Toulouse, France. Students choose between two program options: Food or Viticulture/Enology, for which they'll attend option-relevant courses taught in English and participate in local industry field visits. In addition, students will get to explore southwestern France during weekend recreational excursions. Topics covered will include cheese processing, bread-making, wine grape cultivation, wine tasting, and more, depending on the selected program option.
To be eligibile for this exchange, students must have completed a least one year of university studies and be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Preference will be given to students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
