Research Interests

My research interests include the application of sensory and consumer science as well as the application of food and flavor chemistry to guide sustainable development and production of high-quality food crops, new foods and beverages with economic benefit for local farmers and business. I am also interested in cyberbiosecurity efforts to protect farms and food businesses from cyber attacks.
